International Shipping Policy

Due to evolving international regulations, Divers Alert Network (DAN) is currently unable to ship products outside the United States, Canada, and U.S. territories. All purchases from the DAN Store must be shipped to an address in the U.S., Canada, or a U.S. territory or picked up in person at our headquarters in Durham, North Carolina.


Please note that DAN does not currently export to any country other than Canada. Customers who choose to use freight forwarders or courier services to ship items beyond the U.S. and Canada do so at their own risk. DAN is not responsible for any issues, delays, damages, costs, taxes, duties, or liabilities related to goods transported outside of these countries by third parties.


Upon request, DAN can provide a packing list, purchase invoice, and package weight and dimensions.
